I want you to know that this isn’t a test. There is no “right” answer, and none of your responses will be considered wrong.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
This data is being collected to help improve a scuty/bike rental app. Your answers will help us make the app easier for people to use.

So, this is a critical part. During usability testing, I asked users to screen record and speak aloud what they were thinking at the time of interacting with the prototype. This will help me understand not only the flows better but also, their emotional and psychological apsect when interacting. Like; were they confused, irritated, happy, in awe, etc?
